Providers and Managers within an organization may want to reference previous calls. On the post-call page of any call, the URL can be used as a unique identifier. Copying and pasting the URL of a call page is an easy way to reference or share it with anyone in your organization who has access to it.

Note: Providers cannot access the calls of other providers, but Managers can.

Step 1: Go to a call after it has completed

• Visit the page of any call, either directly after a call has ended or by returning to a previous one.To return to a previous call:
• Click “Reports” in the main navigation
• Click the “Calls” tab at the top of the reports table
• Click on any call listed within the reports table.

Step 2: Copy the URL from the top of the browser window

• Locate the URL at the top of the browser window
• Click and drag on it to highlight it

• Copy it using Ctrl+C (Win) or Cmd+C (Mac)

Step 3: Paste the URL wherever you wish to share it

• Paste it using Ctrl+V (Win) or Cmd+V (Mac)

This will create a link wherever it is shared. If the recipient is signed in to Verbal and has the proper access to view this call, the link will take them straight to it.
