Changing the checklist during a call

During a call, providers can change the checklist to reflect the appropriate patient scenario.

Step 1: Locate the checklist
  • During a call, find the checklist on the left side of the page.
Step 2: Open the checklist dropdown menu

At the the top of the checklist is it’s name with a down arrow. This is the checklist dropdown menu.

  • Click on the checklist dropdown menu
  • Click any of the other options to change to that checklist.
The menu will display all supported checklists for this user.
Now, a new checklist is active

When a provider changes the checklist, the transcript will be reanalyzed from the beginning. Verbal will detect for the new actions throughout the call retroactively and update the adherence accordingly.
