Adding new users
Managers can add new users to their Verbal organization. There are two types of users, “Providers” and “Managers”. Managers can add and remove both providers and other managers. Providers cannot add or  see other users.
To complete this article, you must be signed in to Verbal as a Manager.
Step 1: Sign in to Verbal as a Manager
- Use your organization’s preferred sign in method to sign in to Verbal using your manager account
- If you don’t know your sign in method or credentials, contact your administrator
Step 2: Access the Side Menu
- Click the “Menu” (or hamburger) button in the upper right of Verbal

Step 3: Click “Add Users”
- Click “Add Users” from the side menu.

Step 3: Choose User Type
- Choose whether you would like to add providers or managers.

Step 4: Select Supported Call Types (Adding Providers Only)
Providers can be set to support different call types. For instance, an intake coordinator may handle different calls then a therapist. When “Providers” is selected, additional options appear below.
- Select the desired call type for the providers you are adding.

Step 5: Add Email Addresses
- Add email addresses in the field provided.
- Use a comma to separate multiple email addresses

Step 6: Send Invitations
- Click the button “Send Invitations”
You will see a confirmation message popup. If there are any issues sending these emails, it will display an error message here instead.

Step 7: Alternative Route
Another way to begin this process, is in the “Manage Users” page.
- Click “Manage Users” from the side menu.
- Click on the “Add Users” icon available on the top of the page.
